What's included:
--> This program will run from November 13th through December 22nd.
--> We will meet together every week on Fridays.

During our group time we will engage in several practices each week designed to elevate your vibration.
The practices are:
- Free flowing and gentle movement
- Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT)
- A particular mantra/chanting application
- A guided visualization practice

You will be encouraged to take one of the practices into your week, and to use it daily throughout the challenge. There will be time to share your experience and ask questions about this during our weekly sessions.

Breathing Classes: Working with the tools found in her book Learning to Breathe, Learning to Live: Simple Tools to Alleviate Stress and Invigorate Your Life, author and wellness educator Sharon Harvey Alexander guides participants to connect with their breath in a way that is simple, soothing, and sublimely restorative.

Mountain Wisdom Movement -
 
This is a gentle, intelligent, and flowing weekly therapeutic yoga/creative movement class.

10:00 -11:30 am. Mondays and Thursdays.
Drop-ins allowed, with permission from the instructor.
Benefits grow with regular bi-weekly attendance.

Chi-Yo-Nidra (or Move-Stretch-Rest to Elevate Life Force) - this is a flowing, creative movement and relaxation class inspired by the practice of Qi Gong.

Currently on hold, this class can be scheduled by request for specific groups of four or more participants.

Learn to Breathe and Alleviate Stress and Strain - A talk or workshop that can be offered in the studio or on-sight at your location. Based on the tools offered in the book: Learning to Breathe, Learning to Live.

YOGA IN THE PARK - A gentle summertime class comprised of walking and sitting meditation, gentle stretching and breathing with a delightful rest at the end to the sweet sound of song birds in the trees and a breeze on your skin.

This is a "must do" experience in the summer time!

Each class weaves together the interests and issues from individual students into a well balanced, gentle, heart opening and life affirming movement and relaxation experience.
 
Classes include asana, breathing, meditation and relaxation. Come feeling scattered, tight, or sore. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed and renewed on many levels.

YOGA NIDRA

​Not only a chance to unwind, this practice offers transformation. It's subtle, yet profound; an amazing technique for releasing barriers to your wholeness and serenity. Offered to groups and in private sessions.

Single sessions are scheduled several times a year, on or around the New Moon.
