Move-Stretch-Rest to Elevate Life Force, A Weekly Group Movement and Meditation Class

This weekly class combines gentle, flowing movements inspired by the practice of Chi Gong with a lengthy guided relaxation practice informed by Yoga Nidra.
The movements are designed to lubricate joints, strengthen bones, and connect you with breath and life force. A few yoga poses may be added in to cultivate strength, balance and flexibility. And everyone says that the best part is the delicious yoga nidra at the end. You'll love it!

YOGA IN THE PARK - A gentle summertime class comprised of walking and sitting meditation, gentle stretching and breathing with a delightful rest at the end to the sweet sound of song birds in the trees and a breeze on your skin.
This is a "must do" experience in the summer time!

Each class weaves together the interests and issues from individual students into a well balanced, gentle, heart opening and life affirming movement and relaxation experience.
Classes include asana, breathing, meditation and relaxation. Come feeling scattered, tight, or sore. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed and renewed on many levels. RSVP.
Not only a chance to unwind, this practice offers transformation. It's subtle, yet profound; an amazing technique for releasing barriers to your wholeness and serenity. Offered to groups and in private sessions.
