Yoga Therapy/Self-Care/Wellness Consultations - Bring issues of body, mind or spirit in to explore in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment. Learn about how these parts of yourself can be integrated through movement, breath work, and other yoga techniques. Take home a practice to implement, if desired or come in regularly to practice with Sharon's guidance in the privacy of her studio.

Mountain's Rest, A Yoga Nidra - Schedule this just for yourself, or join us for several group practices scheduled throughout the year. A form of guided meditation, this practice offers deep rest and rejuvenation on many levels. Useful for resetting thought patterns, addressing issues of chronic illness or disease, or simple releasing the daily accumulation of stress that leads to aches and pains.
