Join our lovely community of mature & mindful movers and breathers to stretch, strengthen, and relax once or twice a week on a regular basis.
10:15-11:45 am on Mondays and Thursdays.
Drop-in rate: $15.
Punch cards available.
One may participate in a group class with advanced permission from the instructor.
Components of a group class may include gentle asana, energy flowing movements inspired by Chi Gong and Tai Chi, as well as attention to breathing, meditation, and relaxation.
Come feeling scattered, tight, or sore.
