While teaching specific breathing techniques that can be used to bring about a relaxed experience in the moment, Sharon tailors the practices to individual needs. She offers tools that provide quick and easy ways to ground energy, center and even elevate awareness.This class would also be good for people dealing with various health issues. I definitely improved the way I breathe, heightened my awareness of the way breath circulates through my body, and the class has been good for my particular health issues related to troubled digestion.
